Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew:

1. Add approximately 5–7g of tea leaves to a teapot.
2. Pour in hot water at approximately 90–95°C (194–203°F).
3. Steep the first infusion for approximately 60 seconds.
4. Adjust the steeping time for subsequent infusions according to taste.

Cold Brew:

1. Add approximately 5g of tea leaves to 500–600 ml of cold water.
2. Refrigerate for approximately 6–8 hours.
3. Strain and enjoy chilled.
